Test Background
The adhesive and peeling performance test of dipped yarn and cord fabric can measure the adhesive and peeling properties of dipped yarn and cord fabric and vulcanized rubber, such as the bonding and peeling force, the bonding and peeling strength, and the rubber coverage after peeling off the sample.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the reliability performance of various dipped cords, and provides professional adhesion and peeling performance test services for dipped yarns and cord fabrics.
Scope of tests
is suitable for the evaluation of the adhesion and peeling properties of dipped yarns and dipped cord fabrics, and is also suitable for the evaluation of the adhesion and peeling properties of dipped cords.
Test method
1. The dipped yarn or dipped cord fabric is made into a sample mold base according to certain rules and rubber in a certain order, and is prepared into a sample after vulcanization.
2. Use a tensile testing machine to peel off the sample fabric layer and the rubber at a constant speed, and measure the mid-peak value of the peeling force during the peeling process. This value is the bonding peeling force between the tested dipped yarn or dipped cord fabric and the vulcanized rubber;
3. The ratio of adhesive peel force to sample width is the adhesive peel strength of the sample;
4. The ratio of the effective rubber coverage area to the effective peeling area after the sample is peeled off is the rubber coverage rate of the sample;
5. Determine and indicate the damaged position of the sample after peeling according to the rules.
