Vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber and hard plate bonding strength test can determine the peeling bonding strength of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber and hard plate.

Scope of tests
Vulcanized rubber: flat vulcanizing machine vulcanizing type, vulcanizing tank vulcanizing type, continuous vulcanizing type, special vulcanizing type, etc.
Thermoplastic rubber: polystyrene, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylate copolymer, polyethylene-butyl rubber joint copolymer, etc.
Test method
The sample is prepared by bonding a strip of rubber to a hard plate and peeling it off at a peeling angle of 9o°. Determine the force required to peel off the rubber and the hard plate. The maximum peeling force that the sample can withstand per unit width is the 90° peel bonding strength of the rubber and the hard plate.
