Dynamic performance test of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber-Physical Performance Testing-

Test Background

The dynamic performance test of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber refers to the dynamic performance measurement method of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber, including the free vibration method and the forced vibration method suitable for materials and products. It does not include resilience, nor does it include periodic tests with rubber fatigue as the main goal.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability to test the reliability performance of various vulcanized rubbers or thermoplastic rubbers, and provides professional dynamic performance testing services for vulcanized rubbers or thermoplastic rubbers.

Scope of tests

Vulcanized rubber: flat vulcanizing machine vulcanizing type, vulcanizing tank vulcanizing type, continuous vulcanizing type, special vulcanizing type, etc.
Thermoplastic rubber: polystyrene, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylate copolymer, polyethylene-butyl rubber joint copolymer, etc.

Test method

1. According to the vibration mode, it is divided into free vibration and forced vibration. There are two ways of forced vibration test, namely resonance mode and non-resonance mode.
2. According to different vibration testing equipment, forced vibration testing machines can be divided into two categories: small testing machines and large testing machines.
3. According to the different deformation modes of the specimen, dynamic tests are divided into compression, shear, tension, bending and twisting.
