Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized film anti-rupture test

Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized film anti-rupture test-Physical Performance Testing-

Test Background

Anodized film is an oxide protective film formed on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys through anodizing treatment. The crack resistance test of anodized films of aluminum and aluminum alloys can test the crack resistance of anodized films through deformation.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films, and provides professional crack resistance test services for aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films.

Scope of tests

Thin anodized film of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate materials (anodized film thickness less than 5 μm)

Test method

uses simple equipment to bend the sample along the spiral marked with the deformation index, marks the first crack that appears on the sample during the bending process, calculates the radius of curvature at the crack, and then calculates the elongation of the sample.

Test standard:

GB/T 12967.5-2020 Testing methods for anodized films and organic polymer films on aluminum and aluminum alloys Part 5: Evaluating the crack resistance of anodized films using the deformation method
ISO 3211: 2010 Anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys Evaluation of crack resistance of anodized films using deformation method
UNI EN ISO 3211: 2010 Anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys Evaluation of crack resistance of anodized films using deformation method
EN ISO 3211: 2010 Anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys Evaluation of crack resistance of anodized films using deformation method
BS EN ISO 3211: 2010 Anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys Evaluation of crack resistance of anodized films by deformation method
