Test Background
Fine ceramics high temperature erosion resistance test can determine the erosion resistance of fine ceramics under high temperature conditions (600℃).
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fine ceramics, and provides professional high-temperature erosion test services for fine ceramics.
Scope of tests
Fine ceramics can be divided into two categories: structural ceramics and functional ceramics.
Structural ceramics: high-temperature ceramics, high-strength ceramics, superhard ceramics, corrosion-resistant ceramics
Functional ceramics: electronic ceramics, superconducting ceramics, optical ceramics, bioceramics, magnetic ceramics, energy storage ceramics
Test method
The sample is placed on the sample stage in the closed scouring test equipment. After the abrasive particles pass through the abrasive tube and the compressed air flow passes through the air pipe and enters the scouring gun body at the same time, the abrasive particles are ejected from the nozzle of the scouring gun body driven by the compressed air, and the airflow containing abrasive particles impacts the surface of the sample.
Under the same test conditions, compared with the erosion weight loss of the standard sample, the erosion wear index of the tested sample is obtained.
