Test Background
The low-temperature stability test of fireworks and firecrackers can determine whether the active ingredients, related impurities, other restricted contents and other control items of fireworks and firecrackers have any adverse effects during low-temperature storage.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various fireworks and firecrackers, and provides professional low-temperature stability testing services for fireworks and firecrackers.
Scope of tests
Fireworks and firecracker products such as firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating types, lift-off types, spitting beads, toys, fireworks, stand fireworks, combination fireworks, etc.
Test method
1. Place the sample (minimum transportation package, if the volume is too large, it is limited to filling the freezer) in a low-temperature refrigerator, adjust the temperature to -60°C, open the low-temperature refrigerator, and keep the temperature constant for 48 hours. Take out the sample and observe whether burning, explosion, decomposition, deformation, or scattering occur.
2. If burning, explosion, decomposition or deformation or scattering occurs, the product safety performance test will no longer be conducted; if there is no burning, explosion, decomposition or deformation or scattering, the removed samples will be inspected according to SN/T 1730.10.
3. Result evaluation During the test, if there are no signs of fire, explosion, smoke, decomposition or deformation, or scattering, and the safety performance inspection is qualified, it will be judged as "-", otherwise the result will be "+".
