Test Background
The main effects of the hydraulic environment on marine instruments include compression, deformation, cracking, breakage, etc. These effects can lead to mechanical structural damage, leakage (damaged seals) and other malfunctions in marine instruments. The hydrostatic test of marine instruments can assess or determine the adaptability of marine instruments for use under hydraulic environmental conditions.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various marine instruments and provides professional environmental testing services such as hydraulic pressure testing for marine instrument products.
Test Grade
1. Test pressure
1) The constant pressure is 1.25 times the actual working pressure of the test sample;
2) The alternating pressure is divided into high pressure stage pressure and low pressure stage pressure.
2. Boost and buck rate
1) The voltage boost rate does not exceed 2MPa/min, and the voltage can be boosted in stages if necessary;
2) The pressure reduction rate does not exceed 20 MPa/min. The pressure can be reduced in stages if necessary.
3. Duration
1) The duration of the constant pressure test should be selected from the following values: 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h.
2) The duration of the alternating pressure test should be selected from the following values:
High pressure phase duration: 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h;
Low pressure phase duration: 5 min, 15 min, 30 min.
Test method
Marine instrument water pressure tests are divided into constant water pressure tests and alternating water pressure tests.
1. Constant water pressure test: During the test process, the pressure in the high-pressure stage of the test is kept constant, and the pressure is only a constant value.
2. Alternating hydraulic pressure test: During the test process, the pressure in the high-pressure stage of the test is constant, the pressure in the low-pressure stage of the test is variable, and the number of cycles is variable.
