Test Background
The durability of offshore wind power equipment refers to the ability of the equipment to resist the long-term damaging effects of both itself and the natural environment, that is, its ability to ensure its durability. In the application environment of offshore wind power equipment systems, the main environmental conditions that affect its environmental durability include temperature, humidity, solar radiation, salt spray, mold, etc.
Zhongke Testing and Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various offshore wind power equipment, and provides professional environmental testing services such as temperature testing, humidity testing, solar radiation testing, salt spray testing, mold testing and other key components for offshore wind turbine structural parts, control systems, converters, generators and other key components.
Scope of tests
Structural parts: metal structural parts such as jackets, towers, frames, fasteners, hubs, and non-metal (glass fiber reinforced plastic) structural parts such as blades, nacelle covers and fairings.
Control system: main control system electric control cabinet, pitch system electric control cabinet, cooling system control cabinet, yaw drive control cabinet, monitoring cabinet and other related electric control cabinets.
Converter: complete converter, power module or independent cabinet unit. Generator: components that serve as the main heat source during operation, such as stator core windings, rotor core windings (or rotor magnetic poles), collector rings and brush devices, etc.
Test Items
Structural parts: dynamic cyclic corrosion resistance test, salt spray resistance test, seawater resistance test, cathodic stripping resistance test, rain corrosion resistance test, mold resistance test.
Control system: low temperature resistance test, high temperature resistance test, humidity and heat resistance test, alternating salt spray resistance test and mold resistance test.
Converter: low temperature resistance test, high temperature resistance test, humidity and heat resistance test, alternating salt spray resistance test and mold resistance test. Generator: constant humidity and heat test, alternating humidity and heat resistance test, salt spray resistance test, alternating salt spray resistance test and mold resistance test.
