Test Background
The purpose of the liquid resistance test of non-metallic gasket materials is to determine the degree to which the physical properties of non-metallic gasket materials are affected after being immersed in the test liquid.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability to test the reliability performance of various non-metallic gasket materials, and provides professional reliability testing services such as liquid resistance test, tensile strength test, softness test, compression rate rebound rate test and other non-metallic gasket materials.
Scope of tests
Non-metallic gasket materials mainly include:
Natural rubber NR, chloroprene CR, fluorine rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene synthetic rubber, silicone rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, graphite, ceramic fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
Test Principle
Completely immerse the appropriate sample in the test liquid. After the sample is immersed in various test liquids, its impact on the physical properties is expressed by the change rate of the tensile strength, compressibility, softness, volume, thickness and quality after immersion compared with the original sample without immersion.
