Terminal strength test of electrical and electronic products

The purpose of the terminal strength test of electronic and electrical products is to determine the ability of the terminal and the connection between the terminal and the main body of the test sample to withstand axial tension during normal assembly or repair. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various electrical and electronic products, and provides professional terminal strength testing services for electrical and electronic products.

1. Test Ual:
Tensile test determines the ability of the terminal and the connection between the terminal and the main body of the test sample to withstand axial tension during normal assembly or repair.
2. Test Ua2:
Thrust test Determine the ability of the terminal and the connection between the terminal and the main body of the test sample to withstand external thrust during normal assembly or repair. Only applicable to small size, light weight components, and equipment and components are not included.
3. Test Ub:
Bending test Determine the ability of the terminal and the connection between the terminal and the body of the test specimen to withstand bending forces during normal assembly and repair processes. Only available with flexible terminals.
4. Test Uc:
Torsion test Determines the ability of the terminal and the connection between the terminal and the main body of the test sample to withstand torsion during normal assembly or disassembly.
5. Test Ud:
Torque test determines the ability of the terminal, the connection between the terminal and the main body of the test sample, and the overall installation to withstand torque during normal assembly and repair processes.
6. Test Ue:
0 Surface mount components in the mounted state Determine the mechanical strength of the terminals of surface mount components mounted on the substrate using prescribed methods. The terminal is formed by a metallized portion of the non-conductive part of the component, or like a normal terminal, it is composed of a short, partially flat metal piece.
