Test Background
The low-pressure test is one of the links that was easily overlooked in the type inspection of secondary equipment in traditional power systems in the past. There are usually two methods: low-temperature low-pressure and high-temperature low-pressure. At an altitude of 3000m (70kPa), low-temperature environments mainly occur, so the low-temperature low-pressure test is used to examine the adaptability of equipment to low-pressure environments.
The purpose of the low-pressure test of geological instruments is to determine their adaptability for use, transportation and storage and the integrity of their seals under normal temperature and low-pressure environmental conditions. Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various geological instrument products, and provides professional low-pressure testing services for geological instrument products.
Test method
1. The temperature inside the test chamber during the test is the temperature under normal atmospheric conditions.
2. Place the product under test into the test box in its normal working position without packaging, and turn on the power supply of the product under test to make it in a ready-to-work state.
3. The pressure in the test chamber drops to the specified test pressure value and remains there for 2 hours.
4. Check whether the product under test is working normally.
5. Fill the test box with room temperature air so that the air pressure in the box is parallel to the atmospheric pressure in the test room.
6. Take the tested product out of the box and place it under normal atmospheric conditions for 1 hour.
7. According to the technical standards (technical conditions) of the tested products, the appearance of the products that have been tested under low pressure should be inspected. The tested products should not have blistering, wrinkling, peeling, deformation of non-metallic parts, damage to the sealing structural parts, air leakage, liquid leakage and other damages. The tested products should be tested for electrical and mechanical properties, and the test results should comply with the provisions of the product technical standards (technical conditions).
