Test Background
The electrical load test of road vehicle electrical and electronic equipment can determine whether there are quality problems in installation or use, to determine whether newly installed or operating electrical equipment can operate normally, and the insulation performance and electrical characteristics of each individual electrical equipment in the electrical system are tested and verified item by item in accordance with the relevant provisions of standards and specifications.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability performance testing of various road vehicle electrical and electronic equipment, and provides professional electrical load testing services for road vehicle electrical and electronic equipment.
Test requirements
All voltages shall be tested on the valid input terminals of the device under test (DUT), and the voltage curves shall be formed under no-load conditions.
Shall meet the following tolerance requirements:
— Frequency and time: ±5%;
—Voltage: ±0.2 V;
—Resistance: ±10%.

DC supply voltage, overvoltage, superimposed AC voltage, supply voltage slow down and rise, supply voltage transient changes, reverse voltage, reference ground and supply offset, open circuit, short circuit protection, withstand voltage, insulation resistance
