Composite fabric peel strength refers to the force required to separate fabrics from fabrics or fabrics from composite layers. Peel strength is an important indicator in composite fabric processing. Peel strength plays a very important role in the final performance and quality of the product. There are many factors that affect peel strength, including materials, processes, contents, etc.

Detection Range
1. Light and thin composite fabrics are mainly surface layer fabrics and are used to make various outer garments.
2. Thick and heavy composite fabrics: Use fabrics suitable for clothing linings and compound them on thicker textile fabrics to form crisp and heavy composite fabrics for making spring and autumn outerwear.
3. Warm composite fabric: Two layers of different fabrics and a layer of thermal wadding are directly combined to make clothing with thermal insulation function (that is, cotton-type outerwear).
4. Combined composite fabrics: Two or more layers of textiles with relatively complex fabric structures are made into composite fabrics using various methods to make imitation leather or imitation fur clothing.
TEST PRINCIPLE
Under specified conditions, peel off the two layers of material in the composite part of the sample for a certain length at a constant speed, and record the peeling curve during the peeling process of the sample to calculate the peeling strength of the sample.
