Ponytail liner resilience test

Ponytail liner resilience test-Physical Performance Testing-

Detection background

Ponytail interlining is a type of non-adhesive interlining and non-adhesive interlining. It is mainly used for the front body of suits, coats and other outerwear (including women's chest linings) and shoulder coverings to make the clothing parts crisp and have good drape. It is a special interlining that can improve the fullness and comfort of clothing (shoulders and chest areas of jackets).
Resilience refers to the material's ability to recover its original size and shape after removing the external force that caused deformation. Resilience is one of the important indicators for quality testing of horsetail interlining.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the reliability performance of various textile raw materials and products, and provides professional ponytail interlining resilience testing services for textiles.

TEST PRINCIPLE

Bend the strip sample into a ring shape, clamp the open end and hang it on the crossbar, and apply gravity to the lower end to cause it to deform. Measure the change in sample ring diameter after removing the external force, and calculate the acute elastic deformation rate and slow elastic deformation rate.

Testing standard

GB/T 28188-2011 Textiles - Determination of resilience of horsetail interlining - Ring hanging weight method
GB/T 3291.3 Textile Textile material properties and test terminology Part 3: General
GB/T 6529 Textiles - Standard atmosphere for humidity conditioning and testing
