Test Background
Coated fabric adhesion resistance refers to the use of adhesion tests at high temperatures to determine the adhesion resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics. For this purpose, the coated fabric is subjected to a certain load on a certain area at a specified temperature.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various rubber or plastic coated fabric materials and products, and provides professional anti-adhesion testing services for coated fabrics.
Test method
1. Make every two samples into a pair and stack them back to back, face to face, or back to back to form a square of 150 mm. Place each pair of samples between two glass plates, then place a 5.0 kg weight in the center of the upper glass plate and pressurize it steadily.
2. Place the sample assembly in a constant temperature box and pressurize it at (70±2)°C for 3 hours.
3. After the pressurization time is reached, take out the sample assembly from the thermostat and immediately take out the sample from between the glass plates and let it cool for 1 hour. The specimens are then carefully separated and the coating is inspected for adhesion and peeling.
4. Evaluate the adhesion resistance of the sample according to the following conditions:
1) Non-stick: Separate the two coated surfaces without any obvious adhesion.
2) Slight adhesion: There is some degree of adhesion on the coated surface when separated, but the coating layer is not damaged.
3) Adhesion: The coated surface is difficult to separate, and the coating layer or part of the coating layer is damaged when separated.
