Test Background
The air permeability of a coated fabric refers to the amount of gas that can pass through a rubber or plastic coated fabric. The coated fabric air permeability test is a method of measuring air permeability.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has the capabilities of environmental testing and reliability performance testing of various rubber or plastic coated fabric materials and products, and provides professional air permeability testing services for coated fabrics.
Test Principle
Place the sample between the two molds of the closed measuring cell. One side of the specimen is selected to be subjected to a constant pressure of a tracer gas, and the other side is in contact with a vector gas flowing at a constant rate to the measuring cell.
By measuring the concentration of the tracer gas in the vector gas through the analysis system at the outlet of the measuring cell, the permeability of the sample to the tracer gas can be determined.
