Test Background
The spray test of transport packages is suitable for evaluating the resistance of transport packages and unit cargo to rain and the ability of the packaging to protect the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional spray testing services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
Place the test sample on the test site, and spray the surface of the test sample with water at a certain temperature at a predetermined time and rate. Spraying methods are divided into continuous (method A) and intermittent (method B).
Method A (continuous spray): The nozzles are arranged neatly, fixed on the test sample, and the height can be adjusted;
Method B (intermittent spraying): Arrange one or more rows of nozzles along the width of the test sample, and move the nozzles in a direction greater than the length of the test sample. The interval between consecutive sprays shall not be greater than 30 s.
