Crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are an important part of the photovoltaic power generation system. The quality of the modules directly affects the power generation performance of the power station. The main components are tempered glass, EVA, cells, soldering ribbons, backplanes, frames, junction boxes, sealants, etc.
The mechanical vibration test of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules is suitable for mechanical vibration testing of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules in a transportation environment to evaluate photovoltaic module failures caused by environmental composite vibrations generated during transportation and loading and unloading.

Scope of tests
crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules are mainly composed of tempered glass, EVA, cells, soldering ribbons, backplanes, frames, junction boxes, sealants, etc.
Test method
1. Vibration table The vibration table should be large enough to support the entire test sample. The shaker table should be of sufficient strength and stiffness to transmit vibration when tested according to the specified power, displacement and frequency range. To prevent the test sample from falling from the vibration table during testing, low protective objects should be used to limit the movement of the test sample. The vibration table should be kept horizontal with a maximum deviation angle of 0.3°.
2. Test instruments Test instruments include vibration accelerometers, signal conditioners, analyzers, data displays, storage devices, and electronic control systems required to measure and control the vibration table. In addition, the test instrument should measure the response to the test item, and the response accuracy for the vibration frequency should be less than ±5%. The acceleration sensor should be small enough and light enough to not affect the test results.
