Mechanical properties test of steel mesh cement board

Steel mesh cement board refers to a thin-walled structural material composed of steel mesh or steel mesh and steel bars as reinforcing materials and cement mortar as the base material. The mechanical property test of steel mesh cement board can measure the mechanical properties such as bending and axial tension performance of steel mesh cement board.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various steel wires and steel wire products, and provides professional mechanical property testing services such as bending and axial tension properties for steel wire mesh cement boards.

Steel mesh cement boards are divided into two categories according to their uses: steel mesh cement roof panels and steel mesh cement floor panels.
Suitable for steel mesh cement boards with a thickness not greater than 60 mm.

1. Bending performance:
1) Before graded loading, preloading should be carried out, and its value should not exceed 50% of the crack resistance load of the specimen.
2) Measure the thickness of the protective layer at 3 points at the initial crack and failure section respectively, take the average value, and round the result to 0.5 mm.
3) Calculate the first cracking moment and first cracking strength of steel mesh cement board under bending.
2. Axis tension performance
1) Before the test, the appearance quality of the test piece should be inspected, floating dust should be removed, the surface of the test piece should be wiped with acetone, and the original cracks of the test piece should be checked according to the wet marks on the test piece. The test can be carried out after meeting the requirements.
2) Measure the thickness and width of the specimen in the crack observation area, measure 6 points, and take the average value. The readings should be accurate to 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm respectively. When drawing the positioning line and the mark line of the fracture observation area, the drawing error shall not exceed ±0.5 mm.
