Test Background

fiber composite high temperature tensile test is suitable for tensile strength testing of fiber braided composite materials under different oxygen partial pressure environments of 1500 ℃ ~ 2200 ℃.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has reliability testing capabilities for various fiber composite materials and provides professional high-temperature tensile testing services for fiber composite materials.

Scope of tests

1. Glass fiber composite materials: Among composite materials fibers, they are far more widely used than other fibers. They can also be used as reinforcing materials for reinforced plastics.
2. Carbon fiber composite materials: can be processed into various felts, mats, belts, paper, fabrics, etc., and are widely used in the aerospace industry where material selection density, stiffness, weight, fatigue properties and other fields have strict requirements.
3. Aramid fiber composite materials: used in electronic equipment, bulletproof products, special protective clothing and other fields, including bulletproof vests, bulletproof helmets, microwave oven gloves, military and police training uniforms and other composite products.

Test method

1. Under the set oxygen partial pressure environment, electromagnetic induction heating technology is used to locally and rapidly heat the sample (samples that cannot be directly heated by electromagnetic induction need to be heated by a graphite sleeve outside the sample).
2. Use an infrared thermometer to monitor the surface temperature of the uniform temperature section of the sample. After reaching the set temperature and keeping it warm for a period of time, apply a tensile load to the sample at a constant loading rate until the sample is damaged, and record the load-displacement curve.
3. Calculate the tensile strength based on the maximum load value obtained and the specimen size.
