Test Background
The dipped canvas tensile property test can measure the tensile properties such as breaking strength, breaking elongation, constant elongation load, constant load elongation, breaking strength variation coefficient, breaking elongation variation coefficient, etc. of dipped cords, dipped yarns and dipped cords made of polyester or nylon fibers.

Test method
Under the specified test conditions, the dipped cord, yarn and cord samples are fixed and clamped on the constant velocity elongation (CRE) type tensile testing machine, and tensile force is applied to the sample at a constant stretching speed until the sample breaks.
Tensile property data such as breaking strength, constant elongation load, constant load elongation, breaking elongation, breaking strength variation coefficient, breaking elongation variation coefficient, etc. can be directly read from the tensile testing machine or calculated.
