Test Background
The transport package collision test is suitable for evaluating the impact strength of transport packages that withstand repeated mechanical collisions during transportation and the ability of the package to protect the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional crash test services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
adopts direct installation or transition structure installation method, and uses straps to fasten the test sample on the collision table. Make it collide according to the specified peak acceleration, pulse duration, pulse repetition frequency and number of collisions.
If necessary, a certain load can be added to the test sample to simulate the situation where the package is subjected to repeated mechanical collisions at the bottom of the stack.
