Test Background
The pressure stacking test of transport packages is suitable for evaluating the compressive strength of transport packages when subjected to pressure and the ability of the packaging to protect the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various environmental testing equipment for transportation packages, has environmental testing and product reliability performance testing capabilities, and provides professional pressure stacking test services for transportation packages.
Test Principle
Place the test sample between the platens of the press and choose one of the methods:
a) In the case of a compression test, pressurize until the test sample is damaged or reaches the predetermined load and displacement values.
b) In the case of stacking tests, apply the predetermined load until the test sample is damaged or continues for a predetermined time.
