Test Background
Impact testing is generally a test method to determine the safety, reliability and effectiveness of military and civilian equipment when subjected to external impact or impact. Through the impact test, the structural strength and performance stability of the security equipment can be considered, whether each performance fails, and the compressive strength of the packaging can be evaluated.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various mechanical environmental testing equipment for security equipment, has impact testing capabilities, and provides professional impact testing services for intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance systems, remote receiving and monitoring centers and other equipment.
Trial objective
Tests the equipment's ability to withstand possible mechanical shocks in actual use environments.
Test method
applies a certain number of shock pulses to the test sample through the normal mounting point. The shock pulse parameters are determined by the maximum acceleration amplitude, duration and the relationship between acceleration and time.
