Salt spray test of television broadcast receiving antenna

Salt spray test of television broadcast receiving antenna-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The purpose of the salt spray test is to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance quality of products or metal materials. The judgment of the salt spray test results is a judgment on product quality. Whether its judgment results are correct and reasonable is the key to correctly measuring the salt spray corrosion resistance quality of products or metals. The salt spray test for television broadcast receiving antennas can determine whether the impedance of the antenna has been deteriorated by salt spray.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the reliable performance of various TV broadcast receiving antennas and provides professional salt spray test services for TV broadcast receiving antennas.

Scope of tests

① Classification according to the band used: long wave, ultra-long wave antennas, medium wave antennas, short wave antennas, ultra short wave antennas, microwave antennas and millimeter wave antennas.
② Classified by use: communication antennas, broadcast antennas, TV antennas, radar antennas, navigation antennas, direction finding antennas, etc.
③ Classified by antenna characteristics: strong directional antennas, weak directional antennas, directional antennas, omnidirectional antennas, needle beam antennas, sector beam antennas, etc.
④Classification according to the current distribution on the antenna: there are traveling wave antennas and standing wave antennas.

Test method

1. A total of three cycles of salt spray test with a duration of 2 hours per cycle, and storage in the test chamber for 22 hours after each spray cycle.
2. The temperature during salt spray spraying and storage is 35±2℃. The relative humidity during storage is 90% ~95%.
