The antifungal test of photocatalytic materials and products can measure their ability to inhibit the germination of fungal spores and inactivate fungal spores, which is characterized by the antifungal rate.

Scope of tests

Test method
1. Photocatalytic materials have the ability to inhibit the growth and reproduction of fungi. Under light conditions, fungi inoculated on photocatalytic materials lose their vitality.
2. After illumination, the surviving fungi on the sample can be eluted and can grow on the agar medium to form countable fungal colonies.
3. Evaluate the antifungal performance of photocatalytic materials and products by comparing the antifungal rates.
