Light source irradiation test of road vehicle lamps

The light source irradiation test of road vehicle lamps determines the light source irradiation resistance of plastic optical components of lighting (other than headlamps and front fog lamps) and light signaling devices.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the environmental durability of various lighting devices, and provides professional light source irradiation test services for external lighting and light signaling devices of road vehicles.

Vehicle front lights include: low beam, high beam, front position lights, daytime running lights, front turn lights, front fog lights, corner lights, side turn lights, parking lights;
Vehicle rear lights include: brake lights, rear position lights, rear turn lights, reversing lights, rear fog lights, rear retroreflectors, high-mounted brake lights, license plate lights;
Common lights for large vehicles include: front profile lights, rear profile lights, side marker lights, reflective logos, and tail sign boards.

1. In the test chamber, the temperature of the black plate at the same level as the sample is 50°±5°.
2. Corresponding filters should be placed between the light source and the sample to reduce the influence of radiation with wavelengths less than 295 nm and greater than 2500 nm as much as possible.
3. The sample rotates around the light source at a speed of 1 r/min~5 r/min.
4. The radiation illumination of the sample should be 1200 W/m2±200 W/m2, and the radiation energy received during the radiation period should be 4500 MJ/m2±200 MJ/m2.
5. During the test, the sample should be sprayed with water for 5 minutes and dried for 25 minutes, and the cycle should be repeated until the end of the test. The conductivity of distilled water for spraying is less than 1mS/m at 23℃±2.5℃.
