Thermal cycle test of road vehicle lamps

The thermal cycle test of road vehicle lamps can determine the thermal cycle resistance of exterior lighting and light signaling devices of motor vehicles and trailers, including the thermal cycle test resistance of headlights and front fog lights (except those using plastic light-distributing mirrors), and the temperature resistance of lighting (except headlights and front fog lights using plastic light-distributing mirrors) and light signaling devices.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the ability to test the environmental durability of various lighting devices, and provides professional thermal cycle testing services for external lighting and optical signaling devices of road vehicles.

Vehicle front lights include: low beam, high beam, front position lights, daytime running lights, front turn lights, front fog lights, corner lights, side turn lights, parking lights;
Vehicle rear lights include: brake lights, rear position lights, rear turn lights, reversing lights, rear fog lights, rear retroreflectors, high-mounted brake lights, license plate lights;
Common lights for large vehicles include: front profile lights, rear profile lights, side marker lights, reflective logos, and tail sign boards.

1. Thermal cycle test of headlamps and front fog lamps:
1) The sample should be installed on the test bracket. When placed in the test chamber, its reference axis should be parallel to the main direction of the air flow.
2) The sample should undergo 5 high and low temperature cycle tests, each cycle lasting 8 hours.
2. General thermal cycle test: The sample is placed in the test chamber in the normal working position and undergoes 5 test cycles.
