Test Background

On the other hand, it can also identify the moisture-proof ability of the product and evaluate the safety and reliability of the product under high temperature and high humidity conditions. The constant humidity and heat test of fire-fighting electronic products can determine the adaptability of fire-fighting electronic products in various usage scenarios for use, transportation, placement or storage in high temperature and high humidity environments.

Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test method
1. Constant humidity and heat operation test: The test temperature for Level 0 and Level I is 40±2℃, the relative humidity is 93±3%, and the duration is 4d. No testing is required for other grades.
2. Constant humidity and heat durability test: The test temperatures for levels 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ are all 40±2℃, the relative humidity is 93±3%, and the duration is 21d.
