Test Background
Industrial fire protection electronic products should be classified according to the use environment and application site to determine the severity level of their ability to withstand the influence of various environmental tests and the safety integrity level (FSIL) they need to achieve when applied in specific situations. The environmental test of industrial fire-fighting electronic products can measure the environmental adaptability of fire-fighting electronic products used in industrial environments such as the petrochemical industry.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various fire-fighting electronic products, and provides professional environmental testing services for industrial fire-fighting electronic products such as fire alarm equipment, alarm valves, and fire-fighting communication equipment.
Scope of tests
1. Fire alarm equipment: fire alarm triggering devices, fire alarm control devices, fire alarm devices, fire linkage control equipment; etc.
2. Alarm valve: wet alarm valve, dry alarm valve, deluge alarm valve, pre-action device, delayer, hydraulic sensor, hydraulic alarm bell, etc.
3. Fire communication equipment: fire alarm dispatcher, fire command and dispatch equipment, fire vehicle dynamic management device, etc.
Test Items
Operation test: high temperature (operation) test, low temperature (operation) test, constant damp heat (operation) test, alternating damp heat (operation) test, impact (operation) test, collision test, vibration (sinusoidal) (operation) test
Durability test: sulfur dioxide corrosion (durability) test, mold growth test, salt spray test, sand and dust test
