Test Background
The weather resistance test is mainly to check the actual performance of exterior parts in different climate environments (including various lighting and temperatures). The auto parts weather resistance test can measure the ability of auto parts and auto metal parts made of plastics, rubber, artificial leather, fibers, etc. to resist aging under natural climate conditions such as sunlight, ozone, rain, snow, humidity, and temperature.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has the capability of reliability testing of various automotive parts and provides professional weather resistance testing services for automotive parts.
Scope of tests
Plastic parts: lamps, instrument signs, sun visors, window glass, bumpers, etc.;
Rubber parts: fuel hose, oil injection hose, air conditioner hose, AT oil cooler hose, power steering, etc.;
Artificial leather parts: seats, door panels, ball head sheaths and other interior parts;
Fiber parts: carbon fiber car wheels, carbon fiber battery boxes, carbon fiber seat frames, carbon fiber rearview mirror shells and license plate frames, etc.
Test method
1. Strengthen weather resistance test: evaluate the weather resistance of exterior vehicle parts through artificial climate chamber test;
2. Strengthen light resistance test: evaluate the light resistance of vehicle interior parts through artificial climate chamber test;
3. Strengthen ozone aging test: measure the ozone resistance of parts through ozone test chamber test.
