Scope of tests
Cotton dipped canvas, linen dipped canvas, cotton dipped canvas, polyester dipped canvas, aramid dipped canvas, etc., used for rubber air beds, water beds, tightening cloth for yachts, and base fabric materials for the production of abrasive cloth and abrasive belts.
Test method
After the rubber-impregnated canvas sample is dried at a certain temperature and for a certain period of time, its shrinkage length in the warp or weft direction is measured. The ratio of this shrinkage length to the original length of the rubber-impregnated canvas is the dry heat shrinkage rate of the rubber-impregnated canvas. It represents the dry heat shrinkage performance of the rubber-impregnated canvas under certain conditions, expressed as a percentage.
