The purpose of the comprehensive test of temperature change and collision vibration of optical and photonics instruments is to study the degree of change in the optical, thermal, chemical and electrical properties of the sample when it is affected by low temperature, high temperature or the combined effects of temperature change and collision or random vibration.

Test method
Testing of exposed specimens under combined forces is more severe than any of the foregoing examples of environmental conditions. The combined low temperature, high temperature or temperature change and impact or random vibration stress conditions imposed should be consistent with actual service conditions.
During the life test, in order to shorten the test time and stimulate damage, comprehensive test methods with higher severity are used, such as aging, running-in or environmental stress screening. Aging, break-in or environmental stress screening is a test method for optical and photonics instruments and assemblies containing optical components and electronics.
This method combines tests of sinusoidal or random vibration and operation under overvoltage or undervoltage when the system is shut down or started up, running, stored, transported or other temperature cycle conditions.
The above comprehensive test method is suitable for early detection of potential faults and elimination before delivery.
The selection of comprehensive test methods is not uniform, and different stress elements should be selected based on product effects.
