Test Background

The purpose of the broadband random vibration and high and low temperature comprehensive test of optical and photonics instruments is to study the degree of change in the optical, thermal, chemical and electrical properties of the sample when affected by broadband random vibration (digital control) and high and low temperatures.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various optical and photonics instruments, and provides professional environmental testing services such as broadband random vibration and high and low temperature comprehensive testing for optical and photonics instrument products.

Scope of tests

All optical and photonic instruments including ancillary components from other fields (such as mechanical, chemical and electronic equipment)

Test method

Each part of the sample should reach the temperature of the test chamber (room) within 3K before starting the test. For heat dissipation type specimens, when the temperature change of the specimen in a temperature-stable test chamber (room) does not exceed 1K per hour, it is regarded as the time to start (or terminate) the exposure period, and the last 1 hour when the specimen temperature reaches stability is regarded as the first 1 hour of the exposure period.
Including: broadband random vibration and high temperature comprehensive test, broadband random vibration and low temperature comprehensive test. The exposure time of the specimen at the test temperature depends on the thermal properties of the specimen and the time required for vibration. When the specimen needs to vibrate along another axis, the specimen is allowed to be relocated at any temperature value between the ambient temperature and the test temperature, but no condensation, frost or ice shall occur.
