Test Background
The purpose of the photovoltaic module salt spray corrosion test is to determine the salt spray corrosion resistance of the module. Salt spray corrosion testing can evaluate the suitability of photovoltaic module materials, the quality and uniformity of the protective layer.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various photovoltaic modules and provides professional salt spray corrosion testing services for photovoltaic modules.
Scope of tests
1. User solar power supply: such as 3-5KW household rooftop grid-connected power generation system;
2. Transportation field: such as navigation beacon lights, traffic/railway signal lights, traffic warning/sign lights, Yuxiang street lights, high-altitude obstacle lights, etc.;
3. Communications/communications field: such as solar unattended microwave relay stations, optical cable maintenance stations, broadcasting/communications/paging power systems, etc.
4. Petroleum, ocean, and meteorological fields: such as oil drilling platform life and emergency power supply, ocean detection equipment, meteorological/hydrological observation equipment, etc.
5. Power supply for household lighting: such as garden lights, street lights, portable lights, camping lights, climbing lights, fishing lights, black lights, etc.
6. Photovoltaic power station: 10KW-5OMW single photovoltaic power station, landscape (diesel) complementary power station, various large parking lot charging stations, etc.
Test method
is tested according to test Ka and should meet the following requirements:
1. Pretreatment: not required.
2. Conditions: Sample position: The inclination angle between the upper surface of the component and the vertical direction should be 15° to 30°.
3. Test duration: 96 hours.
