Test Background

The accelerated aging test of photovoltaic glass is an accelerated aging test of photovoltaic glass under the action of load-temperature-salt water-ultraviolet light multi-factor coupling environment. Multi-factor coupling environment refers to two or more aging environments that act on service materials or components at the same time.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various photovoltaic glasses and provides professional factor coupling environmental accelerated aging test services for photovoltaic glass.

Scope of tests

Embossed anti-reflective coated glass, float anti-reflective coated glass, photovoltaic self-cleaning coated glass.

1. Initial inspection: Test the appearance quality and effective solar transmittance of the sample.
2. Sample installation
3. Accelerate aging
4. Detection after aging test: interference test, appearance test, effective solar transmittance test, wind pressure resistance strength test, performance attenuation rate calculation
