Test Background
Industrial robots are automatically controlled, reprogrammable, multi-purpose manipulators that can program three or more axes. The purpose of the special environment test for industrial robots is to assess the reliability of industrial robots under special climatic environmental conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, high humidity, and salt spray.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various industrial robots, and provides professional special environmental testing services such as temperature change testing, sand and dust testing, water testing, and low pressure testing for industrial robots.
Test environment
The working environment of industrial robots is divided into the following categories:
a) Category I: indoor public areas, such as production workshops.
b) Category II: Outdoors with shower protection and sun protection, or indoors with harsh environmental conditions. Such as garages, feeding tables, etc.
c) Category III: Outdoor in a general sense.
