Test Background
Superconducting device environmental testing can conduct environmental tests such as temperature cycle, low-temperature storage, high-temperature storage, temperature shock, low-frequency vibration, random vibration, shock (specified pulse), steady-state acceleration and low-temperature operation for superconducting devices such as superconducting filters, resonators, multiplexers, superconducting delay lines, and superconducting mixers.
Zhongke Testing Reliability Experiment Center has environmental testing capabilities for various superconducting devices, and provides professional low-temperature storage, high-temperature storage, temperature shock and other environmental testing services for superconducting filters, resonators, multiplexers, superconducting delay lines and other products.
Test Reason
1. Low-temperature working test: A test conducted to determine the working time of a product under specified low-temperature conditions to determine the impact of low temperature on the electrical and mechanical properties of the product after the product has been working under low-temperature conditions for a period of time, thereby evaluating the quality of the product.
2. Temperature cycle test: Evaluate the adaptability of superconducting devices to environmental temperature changes encountered.
3. Low temperature storage test: Evaluate the impact of low temperature conditions on the safety, integrity and performance of superconducting devices during storage.
4. High temperature storage test: Evaluate the impact of high temperature conditions on the safety, integrity and performance of superconducting devices during storage.
5. Temperature shock test: Determine the ability of superconducting devices to be exposed to high and low temperature extremes and to withstand the impact of alternating high and low temperature extremes. Among them, the liquid nitrogen medium method is used to evaluate the ability of superconducting devices to withstand temperature shocks with faster temperature changes.
6. Low-frequency vibration test: Determine the adaptability and structural integrity of the superconducting device to the main vibrations that may be experienced in field use, verify the rationality of its design, and expose the process and structural defects of the superconducting device.
7. Random vibration test: Determine the adaptability and structural integrity of superconducting devices subjected to random vibration environmental stress.
8. Impact (specified pulse) test: Determine the adaptability of superconducting devices to non-repetitive impacts that may be experienced during transportation, handling and practical applications.
9. Steady-state acceleration test: Determine the impact of steady-state acceleration stress on superconducting devices, and verify whether they can work normally and the structural endurance when subjected to steady-state acceleration stress in the expected use environment.
