Alternating humidity and heat test for security equipment

Alternating humidity and heat test for security equipment-Reliability Testing-

Test Background

The alternating humidity and heat test of security equipment, that is, the high temperature test in the alternating humidity and heat test of security alarm equipment, is aimed at the situation where products are stored or used indoors or in a closed space or close to heat sources such as engines during high temperature seasons. The purpose is to test the adaptability of security alarm equipment for storage and operation in high temperature environments.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has a variety of environmental testing equipment for security alarm equipment, with alternating heat and humidity testing capabilities, and provides professional alternating humidity and heat testing services for intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance systems, remote receiving and monitoring centers and other equipment.

Trial Parameters

Upper limit temperature, cycle, cycle period, number of cycles

Trial objective

Alternating heat and humidity test (working state): Test the adaptability of the equipment under environmental conditions with high relative humidity and condensation on the product surface.
Alternating heat and humidity test (durability): Tests the ability of the equipment to withstand long-term effects of high relative humidity and condensation on the surface.

Test method

The test sample is placed in an environment that cyclically changes between 25°C and the appropriate upper temperature limit (40°C or 55°C). The relative humidity is maintained at (93±3)% during the upper temperature limit stage, and the relative humidity is maintained above 80% during the lower temperature limit and temperature change stages. Set the temperature increase rate to cause condensation on the surface of the test sample.
