Test Background
As we all know, products may encounter temperature shock (change) environments during transportation, storage, installation, and use. The temperature shock test is a process to assess whether the equipment material, appearance, electrical performance, etc. will be affected or fail when it is subjected to extremely rapid changes in the surrounding atmospheric environment.
Another use of the temperature shock test is as a screening method for potential safety problems and defects that may occur under safety requirements. It is used to assess product safety design (referring to the extreme temperature change rate as long as the test conditions do not exceed the design limit of the equipment), production process, and methods to eliminate potential defects.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment and has temperature shock test capabilities. Trial objective
1. The engineering development stage can be used to discover product design and process defects;

3. When used as an environmental stress screening application, the purpose is to eliminate early product failures.
