Test Background
Thermal aging test reflects the thermal oxygen aging resistance of the material by accelerating the aging process of the material under the action of oxygen and heat. The experimental temperature needs to be determined according to the use requirements of the material and the purpose of the experiment. The main popular experimental methods include plastic hot air exposure test method, vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber hot air accelerated aging and heat resistance test, and paint film heat resistance determination method.
Thermal aging test is suitable for heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials, ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plastic products, to assess and judge their adaptability for storage and use under high temperature environmental conditions. After the sample is aged in the air under simulated high temperature and atmospheric pressure, its performance is measured and compared with the performance of the unaged sample.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment, has thermal aging test capabilities, and provides professional thermal aging test services for various types of electrical insulation materials, electronic components, plastic products, etc.
APPLICATION RANGE
Thermal aging test is mainly used for heat aging testing of various products, mainly in wire and cable, plastic, rubber and other industries, such as PCB boards, insulating rubber in electrical appliances, and products that require long life (such as casing materials for cable-stayed bridges, which have a service life of more than 20 years).
