Low-temperature test

Low temperature environment testing refers to the impact of temperature on the safety, integrity and performance of the product when the product is in a low temperature environment. The parts and materials used in the product may crack, embrittle, have movable parts stuck, or change characteristics at low temperatures. The low-temperature test is conducted to verify whether the product can be used safely and normally in low-temperature environments.
Zhongke Testing Environmental Reliability Experiment Center has various climate environment simulation test equipment and has low-temperature testing capabilities, providing professional low-temperature testing services for various electronic products, chemical materials and other products.

Low temperature testing is mainly used for scientific research, preservation of medical supplies, low temperature experiments and storage of biological products, ocean products, electronic components, chemical materials and other special materials.

1. The low-temperature working test is generally at least 2 hours, and the storage time is 12 hours or 24 hours, etc. The test duration is clearly stipulated according to the actual application environment of the product and relevant standards. This test time can be selected according to the actual situation.
2. The temperature point of the low-temperature working test is generally relatively looser than that of the low-temperature storage test. The working or startup test requires power on for performance testing, which is relatively strict.
3. The low-temperature environment test is a type of extreme stress environmental adaptability test. Before conducting the test, it is necessary to clearly understand the low-temperature test requirements of the user and relevant standards for the product.
