Vibration test

Vibration test is to simulate various vibration environmental effects encountered by products during transportation, installation and use environments, and is used to determine whether the product can withstand various environmental vibrations.

The most commonly used vibration test methods can be divided into two types: sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Sine vibration test is a test method often used in laboratories. It mainly simulates the vibration caused by rotation, pulsation, and vibration (occurring on ships, airplanes, vehicles, and space vehicles), as well as product structure resonance frequency analysis and resonance point residence verification. It is divided into sweep frequency vibration and fixed frequency vibration. Its severity depends on the frequency range, amplitude value, and test duration. The random vibration test simulates the seismic strength evaluation of the product's overall structure and the transportation environment in the packaged state. The severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction.
