A chemical company of the applicant signed an "Explosion-proof Axial Flow Fan Procurement Contract" with a fan company of the respondent, agreeing to purchase 10 fans of model BZF-1000 for workshop ventilation. After being put into production, the vibration of the fan exceeded 2.8mm/s, and the impeller weld cracked, causing production to stop. The chemical company believed that the equipment had quality defects and demanded compensation for losses. Identification analysis results:

The quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively analyzed the relevant information of "fan equipment", contract technical agreements, on-site investigation case materials and other data, and made the following quality analysis opinions:

The impeller material of the involved fan equipment is 304 stainless steel (316L required by the contract), and the Cr content is only 18%, insufficient corrosion resistance;

bearing material is ordinary carbon steel (contract requires GCr15 bearing steel), with a hardness of only HRC40 (standard ≥HRC60). The dynamic balance grade of the blade is only G6.3 (standard G2.5), with a residual imbalance of 15g·cm; the unfused depth of the weld reaches 2mm (standard ≤1mm), and the surface porosity exceeds 3%.
