quality product dispute situation:
According to the information provided by the client, the demander signed an "Ordering Contract" with the supplier to purchase ecological bags for an ecological restoration project. In May 2018, the project supervision engineer discovered that there was a big difference between the ecological bags entering the site and the samples, and found that some ecological bags were damaged and leaked soil during the construction process. Therefore, the supervision department issued an order to stop the work.
The demander believes that the eco-bags provided by the supplier have quality problems and do not comply with the provisions of the "Ordering Contract", but the supplier does not admit that the eco-bags have quality problems. Therefore, the demand side proposed to evaluate whether the "ecological bags" involved in the case have quality problems and whether they comply with the "Ordering Contract" signed by the supply and demand parties.
