A cement factory purchased a wheel loader from a forklift sales company for material transportation. The sales company guaranteed that the quality of the loader equipment it sold complied with the technical standards agreed in the contract. However, after the initial start-up, it was found that the loader's engine failed. The sales company and the manufacturer sent people to repair it many times, but it still could not be used normally. The cement factory believed that the loader involved had quality defects and sued the local court.

Our company was entrusted by the court to identify the quality defects of the loader involved in the case.

Identification analysis results:

The quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and inspection status, and inspection and testing data of the "loader" involved in the case. After analysis, the following quality analysis opinions were made:

1, three indicators of reliability were unqualified;

02, there were quality problems with the hydraulic torque converter, diesel engine and loader device hydraulic system.
