The quality analysis expert group discussed and comprehensively technical analyzed the relevant information, on-site investigation and inspection, and inspection and testing data of the "hydraulic industrial control system" involved in the case, and made the following quality analysis opinions:
1. Appraisal of the waterproof, dustproof and heat dissipation of the electrical cabinet:
1.1 The cabinet door of the distribution cabinet is a single-door structure, which does not meet the technical requirements of the cabinet-in-cabinet design in the "Technical Agreement". The protection level of
1.2 electrical cabinet shell and the protection level of heat dissipation and positive pressure fans cannot meet the working conditions of the mobile crusher.
2, the inverter bypass switching is unstable and the failure rate is high. It cannot be ruled out that the vibration and dust accumulation of the whole machine result in poor contact between the inverter and the control system.
3. There is obvious oil leakage in the hydraulic system of the appraisal object, which affects the normal operation of the hydraulic system and the crusher. It does not meet the standard requirements of TB/T3818-2014 "Hydraulic Press Technical Conditions".
