A furniture company purchased several sets of African rosewood furniture from a furniture factory for sale. The furniture factory promised that the furniture had quality instructions and certificates, both of which could prove that the furniture was made of African rosewood. However, after receiving the furniture, a furniture company found that there was serious color difference, the bedside table had cracked and sawed off the bed legs. It was found that the material was not the promised African rosewood, so it asked the furniture factory to return the goods for exchange. The furniture factory refused to deal with it, so a furniture company sued the local court.
