non-woven machines can be classified in different ways according to different production processes, which can basically be divided into the following types:
1. Melt-blown non-woven machine: by melting plastic or plastic alloy, the melt is ejected, and is fiberized and shaped by wind traction to form a non-woven material with certain functions, strength and performance.
2. Sonic non-woven machine: The machine vibrates and heats the non-woven material, cutting, rolling and shaping the fibers to form a non-woven fabric.
3. Air mesh non-woven machine: The melt sprayed from the spinning head is stretched into fibers through a high-pressure blower to form a layer of intertwined fiber mesh, and finally non-woven fabrics are formed through pressing and heat setting.
