1. Appearance inspection: First, conduct an appearance inspection of the entire cold storage, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors and windows, etc. Ensure that the cold storage structure is intact and free of leaks, cracks or severe corrosion.
2. Temperature detection: Use tools such as a thermometer or infrared temperature gun to detect the temperature of various areas inside the cold storage. Ensure that the cold storage can stably maintain the required low temperature environment and the temperature control is accurate.
3. Cold storage equipment inspection: Inspect the equipment inside the cold storage, such as refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, etc. Ensure that the equipment is operating normally, without obvious noise or vibration, and that all connecting pipes, valves, etc. are intact.
4. Temperature and humidity monitoring system inspection: Check the temperature and humidity monitoring system installed in the cold storage to ensure that the sensors are accurate, the display screen is normal, and the data recording and alarm functions are reliable.
5. Electrical system inspection: Check the electrical system of the cold storage, including wires, sockets, switches, lighting equipment, etc. Ensure that the electrical system complies with relevant safety standards, the wiring connections are reliable, and the switches and protective devices work properly.
6. Cold storage door inspection: Inspect the cold storage door to ensure that the door body is intact, the sealing is good, and the switch is flexible and reliable.
7. Shelf system inspection: If a shelf system is installed in the cold storage, the shelves need to be inspected to ensure that the structure is stable, the load-bearing capacity meets the requirements, and the shelves are placed neatly and without damage.
